Uji Efektivitas Mukolitik Ramuan Buah Adas (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) Secara In Vitro pada Putih Telur Bebek

Buah adas (Foeniculum vulgare) secara empiris telah banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai obat batuk berdahak dengan ditambahkan madu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas mukolitik ramuan buah in vitro pada putih telur bebek konsentrasi 10% dan 20%. Ramuan diperoleh cara diseduh air panas satu sendoh teh 20% tween 80 serta campuran larutan dapar fosfat pH 7. Ambroxol HCl 3% kontrol positif sedangkan mukus tanpa rebusan negatif. Sampel diuji menggunakan viskometer ostwald diukur massa jenisnya piknometer. Data yang kemudian diolah hingga didapatkan nilai visksoitas. Hasil dianalisis uji statistik one way ANOVA dilanjutkan LSD. menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara negatif positif, (p < 0,05) tidak > 0,05).
